Camp Young Scientist

Cost: $385/week and Half Day: $195/week
This unique camp will offer an incredible collection of projects and experiments that will amuse and amaze your young scientist! By being involved with several hands-on activities your child will explore the basic scientific ideas that play a role in everyday life.

Glowing firefly, Seashell necklace, Slime Creation, Water Bottle Rocketry.


In Addition
Campers will create and experiment with several other projects in the course of the week. Campers will learn how the scientific method helps give us the answers to our many questions.



Camp Chef Scientific

Cost: $235/3 day week plus a $35 lab fee and Half Day: $120/3 day week plus a $35 lab fee
Lots of NEW, delicious recipes this year! Our camp chefs will explore basic kitchen safety, learn to take proper measurements while cooking, and will learn the science behind cooking! Chefs will make their own recipes and take home extras to share with their families when available. This is a course for beginning "Chefs", and will include a variety of breakfast, dessert, and party recipes. With supervision from our camp counselors, campers will use ovens, hotplates, blenders, and more as they prepare their dishes.*If your child has dietary restrictions or allergies please include that information on your online registration form. *

Camp Jurassic Journey

Cost: $385/week and Half Day: $195/week
Let’s go on a journey through time and explore the jurassic world of ancient creatures! Our Camp Archaeologists will learn about a variety of dinosaurs and their habitats, studying the earth science of rocks, minerals, and fossils through various experiments and dissections. Dinosaurs may be extinct, but they are very much alive at Club Scientific!

Dino Dig, Crack Open A Geode, Build a T-Rex model, and much more! !



Camp Young Chemist

Cost: $385/week and Half Day: $195/week
It is time for Glues, Brews and Goos! From our stock pile of hundreds of recipes and formulas, we have chosen our top favorite chemistry activities. Campers will love digging into and examining the results of these crazy chemical concoctions!

Sample Projects:
Invisible Ink, Funny Putty, Magic Bubble Paint, Make your own Chewing Gum.

In addition:
Campers will create several other wacky, wild and crazy concoctions! Campers will also realize the importance of measurement and sequencing, especially as they create some edible experiments!



Camp Ocean Explorers

Cost: $385/week and Half Day: $195/week
Join us as we sail away and explore the crystal blue oceans searching for sea life, gold, gems, amd maybe even some buried treasure! Oceanography was never this much fun!

Map Making and Orienteering! Knot Tying! Shark Tooth Necklace! Build a Model of a Tall Ship! and several others.



Camp Jr. Veterinarian

Cost: $385/week and Half Day: $195/week
Does your child LOVE animals? This camp is a young person’s ticket to the world of Veterinary Medicine. Our lessons will give young vets an opportunity to look into the exciting careers of veterinarians, and allow them to be involved in related hands-on activities and experiments. Each camper will even receive their own stethoscope and make their own medical kit!*Campers are NOT to bring their own pents to camp*

Owl Pellet Dissection, DNA Extraction, Microscopy, Diseases and Parasites, First Aid, Make Homemade Doggy Treats, and much more!



Camp Grossology

Cost: $385/week and Half Day: $195/week
Campers will discover loads of horribly fantastic experiments! Projects focus on blood, bones and body bits! This is science with the squishy bits left in it!

In Addition
Grossologists will indulge in many other sickening body experiments.



Camp Jr. Space Engineer

Cost: $385/week and Half Day: $195/week
Using LEGO® bricks, campers will design and build structures and space vehicles for living on far away planets. Campers will utilize a variety of LEGO® bricks including motors, gears, lights, and sensors. Space Engineer includes instruction on the Earth, Moon, stars, and planets as well as the scientific topics of force, friction, simple machines, and gravity. Campers will also join the crew aboard the International Space Station (ISS) to learn about propulsion, friction and more. Counselors will assign specific projects each day that include: a rotating satellite, space buggy, a stunning spaceship, terrestrial homes that can withstand alien atmospheres and a host of other exciting projects. Parents are invited to join us on Friday’s Family Day to view their child’s creations. This is a camp you don’t want to miss!



Camp Jr. Robot Inventor

Cost: $385/week plus a $35 lab fee and Half Day: $195/week plus a $35 lab fee
This camp is an introduction into the world of robotics. Campers will learn about the six simple machines and how they are incorporated into more complex machines. Campers will also learn about circuits and power sources as they build our “Mars-like” RC Rover. The radio-controlled RC Rover is capable of performing 23 experiments and activities. Campers will also have fun constructing our Aluminum Can Robot.

Sample Projects:
Creating Electric Circuits! Building a remote controlled vehicle, building simple machines with Knex, and constructing a robot made out of aluminum can.

In addition:
Campers will work in the areas of observation, experimentation and trial and error as they build, race, and experiment with their robots.
